On this site I will present a thread of discussions about a procedure that helps the participants (or you) to evaluate personal interests and successes in order to create a Job Description. The process can help you get a raise, find a new/better job, start a business, or (as I tell the 17-18 year old students) even find a date.
The second half of the course teaches you how to be comfortable talking on the phone or in person to Company Presidents, Bankers, Investors or potential Best Friends. This is through networking or turning you 250 acquaintances into up to 10,000,000 people searching for what you need.
